NANO was engaged to design a dynamic hospitality concept situated near Harmony Circle, strategically positioned on one of the busiest stretches of St. Charles Avenue. This 10-story mixed-use building is designed to feature retail spaces on the ground floor, with the upper levels accommodating either condominiums or hotel rooms. The location benefits from its proximity to key areas, including the Central Business District (CBD), Uptown, and I-10, as well as convenient streetcar access.

The building's site, just one block from Harmony Circle, places it in the path of the festive Mardi Gras parades, ensuring high visibility and engagement with the city's vibrant cultural events. The design blends modernity and tradition with its sleek, glass-enclosed balconies and a brick façade that integrates seamlessly into the historic character of St. Charles Avenue.
NANO's scope included providing schematic design and renderings for this approximately 83,000 square foot structure, devising both a hotel and condo scheme to accommodate 78-82 rooms.
